Device & Browser Compatibility

How do I save videos on an iPhone or iPad (iOS)?
Open TeraSaver in Safari on iOS, paste your video link, and tap download. Safari will prompt you to download the MP4 file. Once downloaded, open the 'Files' app, navigate to 'Downloads', tap the video, and choose Share → 'Save Video' to move it directly into your Apple Photos Camera Roll.
How do I save videos on an Android phone or tablet?
Open Chrome or Samsung Internet on Android, paste the video link, and tap download. The file will be saved directly into your device's default 'Downloads' folder and will immediately appear in Google Photos or your Gallery app.
Does TeraSaver work on Windows PC and Mac?
Yes. TeraSaver works smoothly on all desktop browsers including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Brave.

Troubleshooting & Error Messages

Why do I see 'This video could not be processed'?
This error usually occurs if: (1) The video is set to private, friends-only, or requires a login to view; (2) The original creator has removed or unshared the video; (3) The share link has expired on the host platform; or (4) The host platform is enforcing a regional block.
Why does the download button open a video player instead of saving the file?
Mobile browsers (especially iOS Safari and mobile Chrome) sometimes default to streaming MP4 files in the native player. To save the file directly: tap the Share button in the browser toolbar and choose 'Save to Files' or 'Download Video', or long-press the download link and choose 'Download Linked File'.
Why are my TeraBox bulk links not resolving?
Ensure that you paste one complete URL per line (up to 20 links) and that each link begins with https://. Verify that none of the links are password-protected or expired.

Privacy, Security & Copyright
