Terms of Service
By using TeraSaver you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 2026.
Acceptable use
You may use TeraSaver only for content that you:
- created yourself, or
- own the copyright to, or
- have explicit written permission from the copyright holder to download and store.
Downloading content licensed for reuse (e.g. Creative Commons) is permitted within the bounds of the applicable licence.
Prohibited uses
You must not use TeraSaver to:
- download, reproduce, or distribute content you do not have rights to;
- redistribute downloaded content commercially without the rights holder's permission;
- circumvent digital rights management (DRM) systems or other access controls;
- scrape, automate, or programmatically abuse the service beyond normal human use;
- use the service to transmit or store any unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
No hosting
TeraSaver does not store, cache, or retransmit video files. It acts solely as a link resolver: it reads a publicly shared URL you provide, passes it to a third-party API, and returns the media location directly to your browser. No video data ever passes through or resides on TeraSaver's servers.
Termination
TeraSaver reserves the right to block or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, including repeat copyright infringers, without prior notice.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Links may fail if the original share is deleted, expired, or restricted by the source platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeraSaver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where TeraSaver operates.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
